At Aguacate & Co. our customer service, like our products, is second to none. If you have a question about your order please feel free to contact us either by email or phone.

Purchasing & Payment

Currently, orders can only be placed on our website. Orders can be completed in just a few, easy steps:

1. Add to Bag: Add the desired product(s) to your bag. If you would like to continue shopping, click on any of the product categories at the left to browse additional skin care options.

2. Review Bag: Once you have added all the desired product(s) to your bag and reviewed the items in your bag, click "Checkout" at the bottom of your bag. If you do not happen to be in your bag when you are finished shopping, simply click the "My Bag" link at the top right of your screen and then click "Checkout" at the bottom of your bag.

3. Customer Info: Next, you will be prompted to provide your billing address and shipping destination. Once you have completed filling in the billing and shipping customer information fields, click "Next" at the bottom of your bag.

4. Shipping and Payment: Standard shipping rates will be applied to your order. Select your preferred method of payment. You may choose to pay for your order via credit card (note: Aguacate & Co accepts the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa), Google Checkout, or Paypal Express. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment via personal check or money order at this time. Once you have selected your preferred method of payment and entered the necessary information, click "Next" at the bottom of your bag.

5. Review Order: You will be asked to review your order once more, to ensure your order will be processed correctly. Please take a moment to confirm that the correct products are in your shopping bag, and that the billing information, shipping information, shipping method, and payment method are accurate. If you need to make a change to any of the information, click "Edit" at the bottom of your bag. Once you are satisfied that all the information is correct, click "Confirm" at the bottom of your bag.

6. Order Confirmation: Congratulation, you have successfully completed your order. Please wait for your shipment to arrive and begin enjoying Aguacate & Co.'s premium, organic skin care products.

Taxes: Please note that Aguacate & Co. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the District of Columbia. We will not collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses outside the District of Columbia.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)*:

*Continental US only. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, standard shipping can take up to 15 business days.

All international customers are fully responsible for any extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country. Aguacate & Co. will not be responsible for paying any of these additional charges that may be incurred.

Delivery: Your order will ship within two business days upon receipt of sale. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that Aguacate & Co. requires signature upon delivery for all orders amounting to US$200 or more.

Order Tracking

After completing your order you will receive an email notification that the order has been placed. When the order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within three business days of placing your order, please Contact Us.

Out-of-Stock Products

In the unlikely event that an item in your order is out-of-stock, we will notify you via email. In-stock items ordered will ship on time and the out-of-stock item(s) will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

Return Policy

Aguacate & Co. expects to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns within 21 days from date of purchase for all individually purchased items, excluding any shipping costs. Please note that Aguacate & Co. will not accept returns nor grant refunds for trial size products, gift set purchases or individual items purchased as part of a gift set.

To initiate the return process, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact Us, select 'Your Order' option and provide us with your order number.
 
2. An Aguacate & Co. customer service representative will follow up with you with further instructions and return address information. Please note that in order to process your refund you will be asked to provide:

• * A copy of the email invoice notification
• * The products(s) you wish to return in all the original product packaging (including black product box)

3. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded by check for the original purchase price of the product(s), excluding any shipping costs.
